At FASHAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review the following guidelines to understand our refund process:

1.1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.

2.1. To initiate a refund or exchange, please fill out our returns and refund form which you will need to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
2.3. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Refund 4-7 working days.

4. Exchanges

Within the refund form you will need ton include the reason for the return, whether it is damaged , not the right size or it is not the same product that was initially purchased along with any images.
